The key to leadership success is applying the right approach in the right situation. The goal of our management program is to create opportunities for our students to learn and experience leadership by applying the latest management theory to real-world problems both inside and outside the classroom. Our students join us with an open mind and a desire to learn. We then challenge them to take part in a unique curriculum designed to test their assumptions, evolve their ideas, expand their minds, and leave with the knowledge and experience to become the next generation of business leaders.

The UTSC Management’s curriculum is grounded in a strong core of business fundamentals. From there, students have the opportunities to apply their knowledgein multidisciplinary and multi-dimensional courses. Through case-based learning, idea incubators, business simulations, a variety of co-curricular opportunities, and the co-op experience, our program truly offers students the EXPERIENCE TO LEAD.

    Canada requirements for international students

Canada is now the most educated country in the world, according to a recent report by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. Most of all, there are a lot of programs for international students.

The universities of Canada don't use a centralized system of undergraduate application so the students have to apply separately for each institution they want to attend. However, the most general procedures and requirements to get admission in Canada are: an application form, an official high school transcript or university transcript, CV which present your educational achievements, work or volonteer experience, and a letter of intent (LOI) that demonstrate personal and professional goals of the student and explains the interest of the applicant.

IELTS is most widely recognized and accepted English proficiency test in Canada. However, some universities accept TOEFL as an English test requirement. So you'll need to contact the university for the information about the test you have to provide and the score that you must obtain.

    Admission Requirements:

    • Attestat o Srednem Obshchem Obrazovanii, with excellent results., with excellent results.
    • Prerequisite courses should be presented in the final year.
    • Rotman Commerce at U of T St. George requires completion of an online Supplemental Application.
    • Some programs at U of T Scarborough require completion of a Supplementary Application Form (SAF).
    • You may need to take an English Language Test.

Approximately 50 of the most highly qualified students applying to first year of direct entry, undergraduate studies will be distinguished as President’s Scholars of Excellence. This distinction includes a $10,000 entrance scholarship in first year; guaranteed access to part-time, meaningful, on-campus employment during second year; and guaranteed access to an international learning opportunity during a student’s university studies. Additional features may be offered by the admitting Faculty; these will be communicated explicitly in the letter of admission.

Outstanding students are considered automatically for these scholarships. The scholarship is tenable only in the Faculty that makes the offer. Payment of the award is conditional on full-time registration at the University in the fall of the year the award is granted; retention of the higher year opportunities attached to the award requires the student’s continuing full-time registration in good standing.
